Terms and conditions for cancellations

Cancellation of a booked day or evening ticket, treatment and/or package is only possible by e-mail. In the event of cancellation, the day or evening ticket, booked treatment and/or package will not be refunded but, subject to the exception mentioned below, will be transferred to a later date in the current year after the date of purchase of the day or evening ticket, booked treatment and/or package or, at the customer’s choice, exchanged for a gift voucher of the corresponding value of the day or evening ticket, booked treatment and/or package with a period of validity of two years after the date of issue of a gift voucher.

If a treatment and/or package is cancelled less than 48 hours before the treatment and/or package is due to take place, the customer must pay the full cost of the treatment and the day or evening ticket, and the treatment and/or package booked cannot under any circumstances be postponed to a later date or exchanged for a gift voucher.

An exception will be made in the event of illness, provided that a medical certificate is sent by e-mail.

In the event of late arrival at the scheduled appointment, the full price of the treatment will be charged, but only the remaining time of the appointment will be used.

An Elaisa Wellness gift voucher is valid for two years from the date of issue and is not refundable under any circumstances.
